Product

Spot the Play is a paid educational newsletter about practical psychology, social signals, communication patterns, boundaries, and everyday decision-making. It is not therapy, clinical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional support.

Subscription

The launch price is $4.99 per month unless a different price is shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. Billing, taxes, and payment processing are handled by the checkout provider.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the payment platform or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless the Refund Policy applies.

Refunds

First-time subscribers may request a refund of their first charge within 7 days if the first read does not feel useful. See the Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You may use the newsletter for personal learning. You may not resell, republish, scrape, share paid issues publicly, or use the content to harass, manipulate, threaten, or harm others.

Intellectual Property

Spot the Play content, design, copy, and related materials are owned by the publisher or licensed to the publisher. You receive a personal, non-transferable subscription license while your account is active.

No Guaranteed Outcome

We aim to provide useful education, but we do not guarantee that any specific relationship, negotiation, workplace, financial, or personal outcome will occur.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Spot the Play is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the newsletter.
