First-Charge Refund
First-time subscribers may request a refund of their first Read the Room subscription charge within 7 days of purchase if the first read does not feel useful.
How To Request A Refund
Email support@yourdomain.com with the email address used at checkout and the subject line "Refund request." If the request meets this policy, we will submit or process the refund through the payment platform.
Recurring Charges
After the first 7-day refund window, recurring subscription charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a billing error.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription through the checkout platform at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.
Platform Processing
Refund timing may depend on Gumroad, your card issuer, bank, or payment method.
